Corporate Headquarters

Kanghui's corporate headquarters and manufacturing operations are located in Changzhou, Jiangsu Province, China. Changzhou is just 180 kilometers east of Shanghai. Our headquarters feature a Medical Education facility and a stand-alone R&D Center named KITC (Kanghui International Technology Center). Now we have established 4 offices in 4 strategic locations: Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou and Xi’an. This office team is focused on actively managing our network of distributors, as well as training our distributors.

Our production facilities in Changzhou is approximately 14,779 square meters now, and we are currently planning to increase our capacity substantially, including new manufacturing facilities in Changzhou and Beijing. Our new facility in Changzhou commenced construction in mid-2010 and is expected to complete construction by the end of 2011, which covering a site area of 61,561 square meters. Our new facility in Beijing is under construction and is expected to be leased to us by a related party upon its completion in the second half of 2011.

Beijing Libeier

In July, 2008, we 100% acquired Beijing Libeier Biology Engineering Research Institute Co., Ltd.. As a result, Beijing Libeier became a wholly owned subsidiary of China Kanghui Holdings. Beijing Libeier is also engaged in the business of developing, manufacturing and marketing orthopedic implants and associated instruments in China.
